Maryland LCV’s Statement on Maryland’s Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Resilience Officer Appointments

Maryland LCV congratulates Governor Moore on appointing Meghan Conkin as Chief Sustainability Officer and Michael Hinson as Chief Resilience Officer.  These critical positions are essential in driving Maryland’s efforts to achieve its climate goals and fortifying our resilience against climate impacts. These appointments deliver on key promises from Governor Moore’s 2022 campaign, reflecting a serious commitment to environmental leadership and sustainability.
