Anne Arundel Environmental Advocates Start Local League of Conservation Voters

This new AA County Chapter will research and track the statements and voting records of office holders and candidates and publish the results for voters. Where appropriate, they will endorse and support candidates' campaigns.Maryland LCV invites you to join in this effort. Even a volunteer organization has expenses. They have set a 2010 budget of $10,000 to cover administrative expenses and provide some funds to support specific candidates, if appropriate. Help by making an online donation and choosing the option "gift to the AA County Chapter." Please note that the contribution is not tax deductible.

Reception for new Anne Arundel Chapter of the Maryland League of Conservation Voters. Learn about our program and hear from County Councilman Ron Dillon and Annapolis Mayor Josh Cohen about why our mission is important for the environment. The group suggests a donation of $50.00
