2. HB 786 Stormwater Management —BILL PASSED Yes is the correct vote. BILL PASSED 135–0. Decreases the amount of stormwater runoff by mandating environmental site design techniques.

3. HB 1220 Green Fund—BILL FAILED Yes is the correct vote. Bill passed 96–41. Would create a dedicated funding source to clean up the Chesapeake and Coastal Bays.
