Since 1979, the Maryland League of Conservation Voters has been keeping score for the environment through our Legislative Scorecards on the General Assembly and report cards on the actions of the Governor and Administration. Maryland LCV works to hold elected officials accountable for their actions and decisions that affect Maryland's environment and to educate the media and the public about the importance of environmental protection and restoration.
Every year, Maryland LCV publishes a legislative scorecard to highlight legislators’ voting records on issues that impact the environment. These scorecards help provide voters with a clear record of who supports the environment, and who doesn’t.
