1. SB 332 Green Buildings 13-0--BILL PASSED
Creates the "Maryland Green Building Council" which will make recommendations on how the state can best build high performance state facilities.

2. HB 451 Energy Efficient Products 10-3 (No is the correct vote on an unfavorable motion)--BILL FAILED Would designate a tax holida for consumers purchasing energy efficient products, which can help Maryland fight pollution and global warming.
