In Their Words …
“On environmental protection depend our quality of life, our security and ultimately our survival. So support the League of Conservation Voters...then get out and vote.”
Russell Train, Former EPA Administrator
Stop Sprawl, Stop Ehrlich

Check out www.StopSprawlStopEhrlich.com! Our new website lets Maryland voters know the facts about Governor Ehrlich’s record on poorly planned development and sprawl.

You can even send an email postcard to your friends and family reminding them to vote!  Please help us spread the word.

We launched www.StopSprawlStopEhrlich.com to let people know the facts. We’re also reaching out to over 80,000 environmental voters through direct mail with the same message: another 4 years of Governor Ehrlich is another 4 years of out-of-control sprawl.

That’s why we endorsed Martin O’Malley for Governor. O’Malley has pledged to fully fund land conservation programs, to preserve more land than is eaten up by development, and to re-establish the important Office of Smart Growth -- which Governor Ehrlich has dismantled
